- Presentation
On the first day of our program under the National Program “Innovations in Action,” we welcomed guests from three schools in the country: Primary School “Hristo Botev” – Burgas, Primary School “Hristo Botev” – Dobrich, and Primary School “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” – Malo Konare.
The eventful day began with a performance by the folk dance group from the third grade.
A warm welcome was extended by Mr. Ferhan Hasan, Director of United School “Hristo Botev,” and Mrs. Aynur Rafet, Deputy Director. The school’s innovation under the program was presented by Mrs. Zeydzhan Halil, first-grade teacher.
The program continued with a dance performance by the folk dance club “Rhythms” – Dalgopol and a Japanese language group from our school. They all took the stage to greet the guests and hosts with spectacular performances, earning enthusiastic applause from the audience.
The day concluded with an official dinner at the Debelets Resort Complex in Tsonevo.
NP “Innovations in Action” – Day Two
The day started on an emotional and engaging note with the interdisciplinary lesson – “Discovering the World Around Us Through the Russian Folk Tale ‘Masha and the Bear'”, led by Mrs. Zeydzhan Halil and Mrs. Monka Dobreva.
Students demonstrated impressive knowledge in Bulgarian Language and Literature, Homeland Studies, and Mathematics by using the Classbuddy platform and an interactive presentation. They solved puzzles, explored Russian culture, worked with flashcards, and guided a robot to reach an envelope containing a special message from Masha.
Later, the guests visited the sports complex in the village and observed a volleyball game played by our sixth-grade students.
In the afternoon, they toured the Historical Museum in the town of Dalgopol to learn more about the historical and cultural heritage of our region.
NP “Innovations in Action” – Day Three
Teachers and students from Primary School “Hristo Botev” – Burgas, Primary School “Hristo Botev” – Dobrich, and Primary School “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” – Malo Konare visited Asparuhovo village, Dalgopol Municipality.
During their visit, they explored the local community center, library, and ethnographic exhibition. They observed the traditional pottery-making process at the workshop of Master Yordan, admired the natural rock phenomenon “The Wonderful Rocks,” and later traveled to Arkovna village, where they visited St. Dimitar Church—one of the few preserved underground churches in Bulgaria.
NP “Innovations in Action” – Day Four
The first-grade teachers and their students presented an interactive lesson without the use of technological devices. All first-graders participated enthusiastically and actively. Through the questions in the interactive presentation, the students demonstrated their knowledge of the studied fairy tale.
They eagerly took part in reading and writing games, allowing their imaginations to soar through a creative task.
The day concluded with the awarding of certificates for participation in the NP “Innovations in Action” under Module 1 – “Mobility for the Promotion and Multiplication of Good Innovations Between Schools.”
